Sermon Series – P9: Praying Through the Psalms

The Book of Psalms is a collection of 150 ancient Hebrew poems, songs, and prayers that come from different eras in Israel’s history. In P9, we are looking at nine different Psalms that teach us unique aspects of prayer. We hope that both our minds and our hearts will be stirred by the words of the Psalms so that we might develop a more robust and fruitful prayer life.

From Series: "Glimmers of Grace"

In the opening to John’s Gospel, he tells us that Jesus came bringing grace on top of grace already given. We know that grace did not arrive with the birth of Christ, but God has been working his grace into the world from the very beginning. Join us as we look at some of the more obscure places in the Old Testament that point ahead to the future grace of the coming of Christ. These glimmers of grace were reminders of God's redemptive work in the world and the hope of even greater future grace.
