CRISIS PREGNANCY CENTER

Crisis Pregnancy Outreach is a loving Christian ministry and a Home Mission of Christian Chapel, Tulsa, Oklahoma. It is not a business. No one involved with the ministry receives a salary.
We are open to women of all ages, races and denominations.

GOOD SAMARITAN MEDICAL VAN

This mobile medical van helps to provide Christian holistic health care to those people who do not have access to or cannot afford health care.

HAPPY HANDS

This preschool and kindergarten seeks to maximize learning with children who have a hearing loss by providing them with an early intervention program. This school has an all day educational and linguistically stimulating environment. The objective is to combat illiteracy among the deaf population.

JOHN 3: 16 MISSION

This mission provides spiritual counsel and guidance for hurting and desperate men and women in addition to providing for their physical needs. Dinner is served every night after a Christian service.

KIRK KARPENTERS

This Kirk mission serves the community by giving time and talent to do God’s work in building wheelchair ramps for the needy, elderly and disabled. The Karpenters share the love of Christ with their clients by sharing the gospel, praying with them and giving them Bibles.

KIRK SACRED STITCHES

This group is made up of women who use their creative talents with needle and thread to provide handmade items to various missions. They have knitted afghans for the elderly and disabled, made curtains for the cottages at Goodland Boy’s Home and knitted caps for newborn babies.

LAURA DESTER SHELTER

A temporary home for children through age 18 who have been removed from their homes by law enforcement because of the arrest of parents, abuse or other reasons.

MEALS ON WHEELS

Volunteers deliver as many as 150 regular diet meals and 30 special diet meals. The meals are delivered five days a week.

MEND PREGENANCY OUTREACH

The mission of Mend Pregnancy Resource Center, Inc. is to provide gentle alternatives to women facing unplanned pregnancies. This includes meeting the needs of women throughout their pregnancies and beyond. The goal of this ministry is to demonstrate the compassion of Christ in order that each woman may learn to rely on His love and provision for a well-adjusted and meaningful life.

SALVATION ARMY

This Christian organization nurtures basic human needs and those needs of the soul with Christian love and care. Many thousands of people are served meals each year. Families seeking temporary assistance with rent and utilities are also served.

YOUTH DETENTION CENTER MINISTRY

Every Sunday morning, a group of men and women from the Kirk go to the Tulsa County Juvenile Detention at 315 s. Gilcrease Museum Road. They teach and disciple to youg men and boys in Christ's name through a worship service, prayer, devotion and small groups.

WORD OF LIFE MENTORS FOR CHILDREN

A group from the Kirk leaves from the Kirk parking lot at 4:00 most Thursdays to go to Word of Life Outreach Ministries where they spend an hour with area children mentoring and encouraging them. Many more volunteers are needed in this mission program.
