Young Adults

The Kirk provides young adults with an opportunity to study God's Word, and helps them work to integrate their faith and their lives through community.

summer plans
you only thought you didn't have any

Greetings all!  As we did last year, the hub will be merging with the Fellowship Hall Sunday School class (creative name, isn't it?) for the summer.  There will be no Sunday morning hub meeting until then.  Pastors Sean & Dan will share the teaching and you will share the learning!  Added bonus: you get to meet in a room with windows!

you knew it was coming

If you feel so inclined, you can now follow Sean on Twitter: search for fervbag (it may take a couple more days to show up in the system) or go to http://twitter.com/fervbag.  Get friendly reminders about hub-related activities as well as random observations about random things. Added bonus: can't think of one.

the hub

The best way to describe the hub isthat it is a 'group of groups.’ It's a large gathering of young adults, some single, some married; some with kids, some without. The focus of our Sunday morning time is Bible study and discipleship (of course we have our fair share of fellowshhubip and fun as well).

A 'hub' is the central part of a wheel and that's also a good way todescribe our community; it is the ‘home base’ from which young adults will be involved in many areas of the Kirk.

No matter where we are in our lives, we all need to be thinking about our "next step" of faith; maybe yours is to join us! If you are a young adult (i.e. 20's up to mid 30's or so), check us out on Sunday mornings at 9:30 am.

Small Groups

If you are not in a small group, please click here to contact Sean Farver and he will get you connected in a small group.
