Maturing in your faith” is very important to the Kirk and also to your life as a disciple of Jesus Christ.  There is so much to learn about our Lord and how He desires that we live our life.  One of the best ways to move along on that “journey toward discipleship” is through Adult Sunday School here at the Kirk. Staying one hour longer on Sunday morning can make a huge difference in your Christian life.  Our church has been blessed with many gifted teachers of God’s Word and experienced Christians who are ready to share the wisdom acquired on their own journey.

Guiding People Spiritually

Dr. Dan Bair in Fellowship Hall

This class studies the word of God together specifically looking at issues facing adults in their mid-30’s to around 50 years old. Work, family, and friendship are major areas in our life where God’s Word speaks to us.  So if you are looking for great study and friendly fellowship, this is the place to be.

the hub (young adults)

Sean Farver in B8

The best way to describe the hub is that it is a 'group of groups'.  It's a large gathering of young adults, some single, some married; some with kids, some without. The focus of our Sunday morning time is Bible study and discipleship (of course we have our fair share of fellowship and fun as well).  A 'hub' is the central part of a wheel and that's also a good way to describe our community. No matter where we are in our lives, we all need to be thinking about our "next step" of faith; maybe yours is to join us!  If you are a young adult ( i.e. 20's up to mid 30's or so), check us out on Sunday mornings at 9:30.

Defending Your Faith with a Biblical Worldview

Small Group Leaders & Pastors in B11/B12

This class will follow up on various topics discussed in the Truth Project.  A variety of leaders will facilitate discussion based on resources listed in the recommended reading list.  Formats will include lecture, DVD, and discussion. In 1 Peter 3:15 we read: ”But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord.  Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.”   The goal of this class is to provide you with “an answer” that will engage our culture in a reasonable discussion that will lead them to seek out the hope that you have in Christ Jesus.
